Trenton Rengo’s commercial real estate appraisal career started in January 2012 as a trainee appraiser. He attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and achieved his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Land Use Economics Degree in May of 2015. While attending college, he completed the requirements to become a certified general appraiser in the State of Nebraska, and he received his license in June of 2015. Trenton continued expanding his knowledge and capabilities in real estate by obtaining a real estate broker license in June of 2020.

With over a decade in the profession, Trenton has experience in a wide variety of commercial appraisal applications in a wide variety of property types. Some of the appraisal applications and property types are as presented below.
